Terms & Conditions

Terms for using Solenne

These terms govern your access to the Solenne website, waitlist, and early-access family planning product.

Effective date: April 28, 2026

1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of Solenne, including the public website, waitlist, and any early-access or production versions of the Solenne household planning service. By accessing or using Solenne, you agree to these terms.

If you use Solenne on behalf of a household, you represent that you have authority to bind yourself and to manage the household content and access you submit or control. If you do not agree, do not use Solenne.

2. Availability and restricted regions

Solenne is operated from Singapore and uses infrastructure that may process and store data in the United States, Singapore, and other countries. Solenne is not currently offered to individuals located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland.

You may not use Solenne if you are in a region where the service is not offered, if your use would violate applicable law, or if we have previously suspended or terminated your access. We may limit, block, or discontinue access by geography, account, household, feature, or use pattern at any time.

3. Eligibility, accounts, and minors

You may use Solenne only if you are at least 18 years old, can form a binding agreement with us, and are permitted to use the service under applicable law. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Solenne is designed for adults managing household logistics. Do not create an account for a child or teen, invite anyone under 18 to create an account, or permit anyone under 18 to use your account. Adult account holders may maintain household information about minors only where they have the legal right and authority to do so.

If you create or manage a household in Solenne, you are responsible for inviting only people you are authorized to add and for managing their access appropriately.

4. Early access and beta status

Solenne is currently offered in an early-access stage. Features may change, be interrupted, be limited, or be removed without notice. We may limit access, household size, message volume, extraction volume, or feature availability while the product is being tested and improved.

Because the service is evolving, you should not rely on Solenne as your only record of deadlines, payments, events, medication, travel, childcare, school requirements, appointments, or responsibilities. Official communications and your own review remain the source of truth.

5. Email sources and household content

Solenne helps households organize planning information from emails. You may choose to forward emails to a Solenne address or configure Gmail forwarding so selected messages reach Solenne automatically.

You represent and warrant that you have all rights, permissions, and authority needed to send, forward, store, process, and share content through Solenne, including any personal information about children, family members, caregivers, schools, activity providers, medical providers, payment recipients, or other third parties.

You remain responsible for the content you submit, the email forwarding rules you configure, the people you add to your household, and the accuracy and lawfulness of any household planning data you choose to keep in the service.

6. AI extraction and review responsibility

Solenne uses automated systems and AI providers to identify dates, deadlines, tasks, payments, forms, pickup details, reminders, and other planning items from email content. Outputs may be incomplete, incorrect, duplicated, delayed, misclassified, or out of date.

You are responsible for reviewing extracted items before relying on them. Solenne is an organizational aid, not a substitute for your own judgment, official communications, professional advice, legal advice, financial advice, medical advice, safety planning, or emergency services.

7. Notifications and time-sensitive use

Solenne may provide onboarding messages, ingestion receipts, reminders, digests, assignment notices, and other notifications. Notifications may be delayed, blocked, misrouted, filtered, disabled, duplicated, or not delivered.

You are responsible for independently tracking important deadlines, appointments, payments, forms, travel, medication, childcare, safety matters, and other time-sensitive obligations.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use Solenne to:

  • break the law or violate the rights of others,
  • upload, forward, transmit, or process content you are not authorized to use,
  • create accounts for minors, invite minors to create accounts, or permit minors to use your account,
  • submit government identifiers, payment card numbers, bank credentials, passwords, regulated health records, or similarly sensitive information unless it is strictly necessary for your household use and you have authority to provide it,
  • use Solenne for emergency, safety-critical, medical, legal, financial, or other high-risk decisions,
  • interfere with or disrupt the service, including probing, scanning, scraping, reverse engineering, or attempting to bypass security controls,
  • use the service to build, train, benchmark, or improve a competing dataset, model, product, or service,
  • send spam, malware, phishing content, abusive content, or unlawful content, or
  • abuse invite flows, waitlist flows, or automated access.

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe your use creates risk for Solenne, other users, service providers, or third parties.

9. Communications

By signing up, joining the waitlist, or using Solenne, you agree that we may send you service-related communications such as verification emails, invite emails, onboarding messages, account notices, security notices, reminder emails, support responses, and early-access updates.

You can opt out of non-essential marketing communications, but you may still receive essential administrative, transactional, security, support, or account messages.

10. Fees and future paid features

Solenne is currently offered for free or in early access without charge. We may introduce paid features, subscriptions, usage limits, billing providers, or pricing later. If we do, we will present the applicable payment terms before charging you.

11. Intellectual property and content license

Solenne and its software, design, branding, workflows, documentation, and related materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property and other laws.

You retain your rights in content you submit to the service. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, process, transform, transmit, display, create extractions from, and otherwise use that content as needed to operate, secure, improve, and support Solenne; comply with law; enforce these terms; and work with service providers acting on our behalf.

12. Feedback

If you send feedback, suggestions, bug reports, feature requests, or other comments about Solenne, you grant us the right to use them without restriction or compensation. We are not required to treat feedback as confidential.

13. Third-party services

Solenne relies on third-party providers for infrastructure, authentication, analytics, email delivery, inbound email processing, AI extraction, and other operations. Your use of connected services such as Gmail, Google sign-in, email providers, browsers, app stores, and network providers may also be governed by their own terms and policies.

We are not responsible for third-party services or for outages, changes, errors, security incidents, policy restrictions, pricing changes, or other acts or omissions by them.

14. Privacy and security

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. You are responsible for configuring forwarding rules carefully, protecting your account, controlling household access, and promptly telling us if you believe your account or household has been compromised.

15. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Solenne at any time. We may suspend, limit, or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if we believe doing so is necessary or appropriate to protect the service, comply with law, address abuse, manage operational risk, enforce these terms, or respond to security concerns.

Termination does not automatically remove data from backups, logs, audit records, household records controlled by other users, or records we retain as described in our Privacy Policy. The sections of these terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

16. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solenne is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, security, extraction accuracy, reminder delivery, message delivery, data preservation, compatibility with any email provider, or that the service will meet any household need, workflow, deadline, legal requirement, medical need, financial obligation, or safety requirement.

17. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solenne and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, goodwill, data, content, opportunities, or household information arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, Solenne.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solenne and its operators will not be liable for missed deadlines, missed events, missed payments, missed forms, missed notifications, inaccurate extractions, household disputes, unauthorized forwarding, third-party service failures, or decisions made in reliance on Solenne.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to Solenne will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or US$100 if you paid nothing.

18. Indemnity

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Solenne and its operators from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from or related to your content, email forwarding rules, household invites, access decisions, misuse of the service, breach of these terms, or violation of law or third-party rights.

19. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to any non-waivable consumer rights that apply to you, the courts of Singapore will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or related to these terms or Solenne.

Nothing in these terms prevents us from seeking injunctive or equitable relief in any court with jurisdiction to protect Solenne, our users, our service providers, or our intellectual property.

20. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will post the updated version on this page and may provide additional notice where appropriate. Your continued use of Solenne after the updated terms take effect means you accept the revised terms, except where applicable law requires a different form of notice or consent.
